Pizza Maker Caught With Manufacturing Supplies

An Oregon pizza maker in custody in Nevada County for marijuana related charges. Tuesday evening a canine unit of the California Highway Patrol was on duty in the Penn Valley area when a traffic stop was initiated. Officer Greg Tassone tells KNCO that during the stop and contact with driver 27 year old Jeremiah Macias from Medford Oregon, the canine alerted on the vehicle.

The manufacturing equipment included a number of used and unused butane canisters, tubing and glass containers all containing honey oil or marijuana residue.

Macias was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility for possession and transport of marijuana and manufacturing of a controlled substance.
