Placer County Water Picture Also Looking Better

The water supply in Placer County is also off to a promising start, as the winter progresses. Branch says the Placer County Water Agency’s conservation mandate is 32-percent. He says their last measurement, in November, was 36-percent, and the overall average, since the mandate was imposed, is 31-percent.
