Planners to Make Dollar General Call Thursday

Two of the three proposed Dollar General stores in western Nevada County are expected to get the green light. The county Planning Commission meets tomorrow and will be asked to approve the Environmental Impact Report on all three proposals, which are in Alta Sierra, Penn Valley, and on Rough and Ready Highway.
