Police Continue Search for Missing Grass Valley Woman

Grass Valley Police Department continues an active search for Grass Valley resident Wilma Barnhart.   Captain Rex Marks says Barnhart was last seen on Sunday July 7th in Grass Valley.

Since that date there has been no further activity on her bank card.  And Family and friends say Barnhart has no known medical or mental health issues.

IMrs.-Barnhartn addition the CHP did an aerial check of all routes out of Grass Valley looking for her vehcile that may be off the roadway or parked, but no sightings of the vehicle were made. On Saturday July 13th a Silver Alert was issued  for  the  74 year old woman and   she has been entered into the Mups or Missing and Unidentified Persons System.

Mrs.-Barnhart's-vehicleMrs. Barnhart was last seen wearing a white short sleeve shirt and black dress pants. She is listed as 5’5, 180 lbs, grey hair, brown eyes. She is driving a 1999 GMC Envoy, tan in color, California license plate 4DMJ032. Anyone with any information please contact the Grass Valley Police Department at (530) 477-4600
