For their effective implementation of a new program designed to reduce disciplinary problems, 12 Nevada County schools are receiving Bronze, Silver, and Gold status. Scotten Elementary was one of just 41 schools around the state to receive a Gold. 10 schools received Silvers: Bell Hill, Cottage Hill, Deer Creek, Grizzly Hill, Lyman Gilmore, Magnolia, Nevada Union, Pleasant Valley, Seven Hills, and Williams Ranch. It was Bronze status for Ready Springs.
