Postal Workers Food Drive Tomorrow

September is Hunger Action Month and Interfaith Food Ministries Director Sue VanSon says to highlight the state of hunger in the country  the national organization, Feeding America, has compiled a study on the face of hunger.

For instance one in four active military families  are seeking food assistance because they just can’t make ends meet.

VanSon says Feeding America is a national organization that’s trying to raise the awareness of hunger and call people to action.

VanSon says another thing people can do is participate in the postal workers food drive that’s happening Tuesday, September 16th.
