Power Back On In Grass Valley- 5:35

The power is back on for all but one customer in Grass Valley. According to the P G and E website, power went out at approximately 4:32 effecting 1180 customers in Grass Valley and Empire Mine area. The cause of the outage is yet be determined. PG and E originally estimated power would be back on by 7:30.
