Pre-Approved Home Plans For River Fire Victims

Once residents are ready to get started, the online platform makes it easy to connect with the Design Professional who drafted and owns the plans. This professional will work with River Fire survivors, to prepare plans for each unique property, including completing and submitting site plans. The program was incorporated into the county’s Affordable Housing Master Plan. The River Fire destroyed 54 homes in the county.
