Prescription Drug Take-Back Day Saturday

Twice a year, the Grass Valley Police Department, in collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration and local groups and agencies, offers a safe and responsible way to dispose of prescription drugs. The fall Take-Back Day is Saturday at the corner of Neal And South Auburn Streets. Rogers says medications disposed of down the toilet or in the trash end up in water supplies and damage the environment. The Take-Back Day is Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
