In a month that features two president’s birthdays and a national holiday, the Penn Valley Station Library has an art display you might want to check out. Claire Stafford with the library says there is a display of paintings of presidents, done by a local artist…
The artist is Gordon Pelton, who has lent his works to the library for the month. Stafford says there is an unusual fact about Pelton that makes the display even more special…
Not only are there paintings, but some of the presidential art work is done with nails and screws. The Penn Valley Station Library is open Tuesday and Thursday from 2 to 6pm, and Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10am-2pm.
