Probation Check Nets Two

A probation search in collaboration with Grass Valley Police resulted in two suspects going to jail for possession of illegal drugs. Grass Valley police and probation officers knocked on the door of an apartment on Dorsey Drive and made contact with 36 year old Melissa Southworth and 36 year old Mark Yeager. Police Sgt Steve Johnson says there was suspected drug paraphernalia in plain sight.

Yeager,-MarkAdditionally more drugs and paraphernalia were located in the apartment.

Southworth,-MelissaBoth Southworth and Yeager were charged with possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia, Yeager had an additional charge for the possession of the five pounds of hash.
