Probation Search Nets Four on Banner Mountain

A routine probation search of a Banner Mountain residence found four individuals in violation of terms for various reasons. Nevada County Sheriff Lt. Steve Tripp says that deputies went to the Snowline Rd address to check on a subject, 29 year old Samuel Adams, and located a number of other subjects familiar to law enforcement as well as drug related items.

Apparently Sam Adams girlfriend, 19 year old Odessa Spears, allegedly tried to dispose of evidence when she thought no one was looking.

Another subject at the residence was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance was Jeff Bodde.
The fourth subject arrested was well known by local law enforcement for multiple encounters involving drugs and weapons. This time he was also wanted in Placer County

All four suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
