Public Input Wanted for Bike Plan Update

Attention bicyclists. Your help is being requested to update Nevada County’s Bicycle Master Plan. A meeting will be held tomorrow (Friday) from 1 to 3pm at the Rood Center, seeking public comment and input. County Public Works Director Steve Castleberry says the plan was last updated in 2013…

The meeting is being held on behalf of the Mobility Action Partners Accessible Transportation Coalition, which will ultimately submit proposals to Grass Valley, Nevada City, and unincorporated Nevada County…

The coalition and the Nevada County Transportation Commission will take the ideas and come up with a prioritized list of projects. The meeting is in Providence Meeting Room B, which is on the second floor.
