Quarantined Students Return To Charter School

Yuba River Charter School in Nevada City has reopened to all students Friday, with no new measles cases reported. 98 of the 300 K-8 students had to stay home for 21 days after the initial exposure to the one student who had the disease, which was discovered on March 17th. Charles says he has heard no concerns from parents about the potential for any further exposure to the disease. The measles case is the only one documented this year in California. He also says students kept home have been able to keep up with their lessons.
