Red Ribbon Week Runs Through Halloween

Red Ribbon Week continues through Halloween this Wednesday.
During the week, Americans wear red ribbons and pledge to live drug free. CHP Public Information Officer, Dave Martinez says the purpose of Red Ribbon Week is twofold- to honor fallen officers and raise drug awareness within families.

The theme for this year’s Red Ribbon campaign is: “The Best Me is Drug Free.”
