Repeat Offender Arrested in Grass Valley

A Grass Valley man was arrested twice in less than ten days. Grass Valley Police Sergeant Clint Bates says  30 year old Michael Kryzopolski was taken into custody on  November first for several warrants for his arrest.

On Saturday evening, November 10, Kryzopolski was found in a parking lot of the 49er Fun Park with a woman also in the car. Sergeant Bates says officers interrupted a drug deal. Kryzopolski was found in possession of dangerous drugs. The Sergeant says not far from the car officers found a stash of marijuana.

Officer took the suspect into custody for the drug charges and a added charge of being out on bail and committing a felony. The woman in the car was cited for several misdemeanor charges and released.
