Repeat Offenders Picked Up in GV

In another case of one-crime-leads-to-another, Grass Valley Police were called to KMART on a shoplifting complaint where the Loss Prevention Officer had made a citizens arrest on suspect Alexander Napier. Sgt. Joe Matteoni says officers discovered that Napier had a history of theft and was also in possession of drugs.

In another incident, police noticed a blacked-out vehicle parked behind Margarita’s Restaurant on Plaza Drive early Saturday morning. When police approached the vehicle, they identified Brian Kuehn. Sgt Matteoni says officers determined that Kuehn had a warrant out for his arrest and conducted a search.

In both cases, the suspects were booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
