Nevada County Principal Civil Engineer Josh Pack says because of the changes, approximately 14-thousand Waste Management Customers are affected with many of those now having new days to take out the trash. Pack says even though he doesn’t work for Waste Management, his office is getting complaints and inquires, but he says it will just require an adjustment period…

Waste Management has set up a website, www.yourpickupday.com. You enter your address and your garbage collection day will come up on the screen. Trash collection will continue to be every week. Recycling and green waste collection remains every other week.
