Sentencing is scheduled for January 20th. The accident happened in August of last year. Authorities say Hannan struck and killed 59-year-old Michael Jodoin, who was cleaning up a roadway shoulder outside of the Nevada County Fairgrounds. Wilson says she had no prior driving violations…

Witnesses had reported that Hannan had been driving erratically prior to the accident.
