Revelers Get Ready

In mere hours, the calendar will be changing to 2014, and many Nevada County residents will be out celebrating. There are many events planned tonight. Owner Ian Garfinkel says they do charge five dollars for the champagne toast at midnight. There’s music and dancing til 1am. Other popular venues tonight include the Grass Valley Veteran’s Memorial Building, and the Miners Foundry in Nevada City. There are several other smaller events around the area as well.
