Robbers Fire Friday Update

The Robbers Fire burning in Placer County has grown in size but firefighters have been able to keep the flames away from structures.

Still no injuries or burned structures reported, but 150 residences are threatened by the fire which has now burned 11-hundred and 57  acres.   Cal Fire  has over 1,800 personnel on scene  fighting the Robbers Fire.   An evacuation center remains open by the Red Cross at the Foresthill Veterans Hall,  and animals displaced by the fire are being kept at the Fairgrounds in Auburn.
