The pursuit, which occurred the next day, ended in Sacramento, where the Sandovals were arrested. But Vicente escaped and wasn’t arrested until about 3 weeks later, in Alameda County. The trio is scheduled to be arraigned on September 28th. Walsh says it’ll likely be at least 2 months, and perhaps as long as 6 months, before a trial would begin.
