Rollins Lake Boating Accident

A seven year old boy narrowly escaped serious injury after another boat crashed on top of the boat he was in. Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal says a deputy on boat patrol at the Greenhorn Access at Rollins Lake received information about a collision between two boats at the boat launch area. The Sheriff says the accident occurred when a husband backed a trailer into the water. His wife was launching the boat, but started drifting  towards some rocks. The husband loudly told the wife where she was headed.
