Rollover Accident in Grass Valley

A rollover accident closed the Northbound South Auburn Street exit from Highway 20/49 just before 10:00 AM. CHP Officer Troy King says the vehicle came down the embankment just beyond the exit, but before the overpass.

The elderly gentleman driver suffered moderate injuries adn was transported by ambulance to Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital. The accident remains under investigation.
Two other vehicle vs pedestrian accidents one on Elder Drive off Smith Rd South of Grass Valley.
