Rough and Ready couple inducted into fair Hall of Fame

They serve as Santa and Mrs. Clause at the Christmas Fair held at the Nevada County Fairgrounds. Art and Ann Grosse will be inducted into the Hall of Fame when the fair opens August 8.
Ann Grosse  says the quarter century she and her husband, Art, took up their roles each Christmas came with a surprise for two and the consistent caring of Nevada County children.

Art and Ann Grosse have been married for 51 years.

Butch Butler, the CEO and President of Butler Amusement who died in December of last year, will also be inducted in the Nevada County Fair’s Hall of Fame.
