K-9 officer Rudiger and human handler Officer Scott Goin were slightly injured when a car crashed into them earlier this month. They have recovered and are back on the job now. Foley didn’t hold his ‘cup with a cop’ event last month, but he has a good excuse…

The idea of ‘Cup with a Cop’ is for citizens to be able to meet the officers in a casual environment and talk about anything. It also gives the department a chance to get to know members of the community.
