More safety improvements are ahead for Interstate 80 in Nevada County. There’s also a three-point-six million dollar upgrade of guardrails on a stretch of I-80, from Roseville to Cisco Grove in Placer County. Borrayo says cable net drapery and an erosion control system will be installed. The projects are scheduled to begin next spring.
