Sales Down Prices Up For Homes

After an increase of 26 units the previous month, home sales in Nevada County DROPPED 21 units in August, according to the latest numbers from CoreLogic. CoreLogic says the median sales price in Nevada County is virtually unchanged, from July to August, as well as a year ago, at around 350-thousand dollars. But Bullanti says with pent up demand being released, thanks to market improvements, he’s seen prices go up around 8-percent in the last year…

Bullanti says although equity has improved, sellers are still holding back on putting homes on the market because they are still having trouble finding another home to move to, with the continued low inventory.
