Much of the time Search and Rescue volunteers pay for their own training and supplies.

In order to help offset some of those costs the Search and Rescue Group is participating in a fundraiser this Saturday at area shopping centers. The event is the Stuff the Pack fundraiser. The pack is an integral part of a rescuer’s tools.

Search and Rescue members will be wearing identifiable orange shirts and asking for donations to go into their packs. Members will be at the Pine Creek, Fowler, and Gold County Centers; both SPD Markets, KMART, the Rite Aid and Grocery Outlet parking lot in the Brunswick Basin,  and the CVS Center on Combie Road from 9AM-6PM  Saturday.
