Search for Missing Man Continues

Nevada County authorities say they’re still searching for a 78-year-old man missing since Tuesday.

According to Nevada County Sheriff’s Sgt on duty, the office received several calls from the public over night giving some information, but he has not been located as of yet.

Ricky Farwell regularly visits Grass Valley and Nevada City and likes to take long walks. His vehicle was found parked at Twin Cities Church, on the (11726) Rough and Ready Highway.
Anyone with information about Farwell is still being urged to contact the sheriff’s office at 530-265-7880.
