About exactly 6 months since a vehicle pursuit that ended with two Grass Valley-area suspects at large, the search is about to resume for one of them. The search was suspended in November, because of the deep snow in the White Cloud Campground area. Then in March, the body of the first suspect, 34-year-old Rickie Abel, was found near Scott’s Flat Lake, after she was discovered by a kayaker. She died from drowning.
