September is Adult Literacy Month

September has been proclaimed Adult Literacy Awareness Month through resolutions passed in Nevada City and Grass Valley and by the Nevada County Board of Supervisors. Alan Archer is the Director of “Read UP” a popular literacy program that has been in the county for 30 years.
