The girl declined, and notified her parents. Johnson says 50 year-old Emilio Agnew apparently was in San Francisco over the weekend, but was located back in Grass Valley in front of a residence on Race Street Tuesday. He tried to flee, but was arrested after a short chase. Johnson says the incident is an important one for parents to discuss with their children…

Johnson says it turned out that Agnew has ties to Mexico, so because he is a flight risk, bail was increased to 150-thousand dollars. Johnson says Agnew is supposed to register as a sex offender, but has failed to do so for 12 years.
