The main part of the agreement provides for Grass Valley officers to patrol Nevada City streets between 3 and 7am Monday through Friday. In turn, Nevada City would provide a detective to the Grass Valley department during regular business hours. The Grass Valley City Council doesn’t meet until next week. They’ll likely discuss the issue at that time.
