The Grass Valley Planning Commission meets tonight with two items on its agenda. It will be reviewing the proposed medical marijuna ordinance that will ban all indoor *and* outdoor grows before sending it back to the city council for approval. Commissioners will also be discussing allowing Hospitality House to increase the number of homeless staying at Utah’s Place be increased to 69 people on a permanent basis. The City Council voted to increase the number of beds from 54 to 69 on a temporary emergency basis late last month. Robinson says part of the mission iof Hospitality House is to find permanent housing for the homeless who regularly seek shelter there, despite a lack of so-called ‘affordable housing’…
