Sheriff Says Marijuana Crimes and Complaints Up

With the outdoor marijuana harvest winding down for the season, Nevada County Sheriff’s officials say the number of complaints, and marijuana-related crimes, are up. Smethers also says there has been an increase of the number of butane honey oil labs, which are made from marijuana. Also, don’t be surprised if an effort to legalize pot for recreational use fails next year. Sheriff Keith Royal recently attended a sheriff’s symposium in Colorado regarding their marijuana law.
