Sierra College Ahead of State Pilot Program

That degree program would have to be different from one offered at a Cal State or U-C school. Also, only 15 community colleges will be designated to participate. The program starts next year, but Ortiz says Sierra College is ahead of the game…

The program launched on Monday (August 25). Ortiz says the nursing program is offered at the Rocklin campus, but some of the pre-requisite classes can be taken at the Nevada County location.
