Sierra College Earth Day Event Wednesday

Today (Monday) is Earth Day, a day that began in 1970 to raise awareness to the environment and environmental problems. Since then, the environmental observance has morphed into Earth Week in many locations. The Sierra College Nevada County Campus will be commemorating the day on Wednesday this year…

If you do drive, parking permits are three dollars. The Wednesday Earth Day event is free and runs from 10am-2pm.  A schedule of entertainment can be found at www.sierracollege.edu, then search for n-c-c earth day.
