By Ashlyn Rhodes

This weekend Twin Cities Church is hosting their 12th Sisters’ Closet clothing swap.  The free event spans two days– people can drop off clothing donations Friday afternoon and shop till they drop Saturday morning.  Event coordinator Melinda Dudley says the semi-annual event got its start 6 years ago.

Donations of women’s clothing and accessories can be dropped off at Twin Cities Church at 11726 Rough and Ready Highway between 3 and 7 p.m. on Friday.  Ladies can come in Saturday morning, between 9 and noon, to pick out free clothing from the donations.  You do not have to donate to participate on Saturday.  Free childcare will be provided during the shopping event.  Next weekend they will host a similar event for children– Kidz Closet– with drop-off on the afternoon of the 17th and shopping the morning of the 18th.  For more information, call 273-6425.
