The 54-year old Goodrich was booked and released on 36-thousand dollars bail. Smethers says 21 year-old Eduardo Ramos of Sacramento was the one who tried to flee. He was booked on additional charges of obstruction and concealing evidence. He was released on 39-thousand dollars bail.
