Small Vegetation Fire In Grass Valley

A vegetation fire in Grass Valley has been contained, less than an hour after it was reported Wednesday afternoon. It occurred in a wooded area behind Sutton Way and Plaza Drive. It’s estimated that about three-fourths of an acre was scorched. There are homeless camps in the area, but the cause is unknown at this time.
