Solicitation Complaint Leads to Alleged Burglary Arrest

A call of a complaint for one crime led to the arrest of a Grass Valley woman for on charges of a second crime. Grass Valley Police Sergent Jason Perry says a little after 5:00 PM Tuesday a call came in from a male reporting a woman was soliciting him in front of Grocery outlet.

However, subsequent to her release a bag containing apparent stolen items that Shuffield had hidden in the area was located and officers went looking for the suspect.

Shuffield was arrested on burglary charges and violation of parole.

A second report of two teenage suspects one male and one female also alleging sexual contact and assualt of two young boys in another business occurred in the same same vacinity around the same time.
