After a short investigation it was determined that Russell Teffeteller age 33 had taken his girlfriends vehicle without permission a few days ago, and this morning he returned to her residence and confronted the new boyfriend and his ex girlfriend.

Teffeteller was arrested for stealing his girlfriends vehicle which is a felony, but Lt. Tripp says no additional charges were filed as the boyfriend did not want to press charges for the damage Teffeteller had done to his vehicle with the hammer.
