A week ago (last week), with the county still two tiers better in the Orange Tier, the Restaurant Coalition announced, outside Friar Tuck’s, that it was filing a lawsuit against county, state, and local officials, alleging the current implementation of restrictions was unconstitutional. But Minett says that could actually backfire…
