Speeding and Suspected DUI In Solo Freeway Crash

A solo vehicle accident with significant injuries in Nevada County Wednesday night. It was attributed to the driver being drunk and going well over the speed limit. CHP Officer Greg Tassone says 34-year-old Jason Schuller of Grass Valley was driving his SUV eastbound on the Golden Center Freeway approaching Nevada City….

Tassone says Schuller failed to stay in his lane near the Broad Street offramp…

Tassone describes Schuller’s injuries as moderate to major. Schuller is facing a misdemeanor DUI charge.
