Spin-out Accident on Westbound 20 Near Rex Reservoir

A spin-out accident on westbound Highway 20 between Grass Valley and Penn Valley ended with a single vehicle into the trees on the right hand side of the highway. The incident occurred just before 12:30 PM.

The two teens were out of the vehicle and standing on the shoulder of the road when CHP officers.  Cause of the accident has yet to be determined.
