Spot Fire Behind School Handled Quickly

A small spot fire behind Seven Hills Middle School was quickly extinguished by responding fire units as well as help from locals. Grass Valley Interim Fire Chief Mark Buttron says the fire was burning off of a walking trail a little after 3:00 PM Tuesday.

Responding units included CALFIREĀ  Engine 84, Chief Buttron, and a Fire Prevention Officer.
