Spring Hill Pharmacy Incident Draws Law Enforcement

Two armed men in the Spring Hill Pharmacy on the corner of Catherine Lane and Dorsey Drive in Grass Valley prompted a response from four area law enforcement agencies. Grass Valley Police Captain Rex Marks says a 911 call was received at two in the afternoon stating two men were causing a disturbance and a knife and gun were involved. Captain Marks says Police and Nevada County Deputies surrounded the Spring Hill Pharmacy. Captain Marks says Officers quickly got inside.

Police currently have the two men in custody. Officers have not found a gun, but do have the knife. They are trying to identify the two suspects and find out what caused the initial disturbance. None of the employees or customers in the pharmacy were injured in the altercation.
