Schmidt says it’s believed that 52-year-old Timothy Winkler was an ex-boyfriend of the victim’s aunt. An argument between Winkler and the victim continued outside…

Schmidt says Winkler was found about 45 minutes later, passed out in a bush from intoxication. Winkler was revived and charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
