State Assembly District 1Candidates Night

The  League of Women Voters of western Nevada County will kick off its candidates nights with a forum for the candidates for State Assembly District One, at the Nevada County Board of Supervisors chambers this evening , April 19th from 7 o’clock to  9:00 p.m..  Questions for the candidates will come from KNCO, KVMR, YubaNet and the Union Newspaper.  Questions from the audience will also be collected by the forum moderator at the event. The 4candidates for State Assembly Member District 1  who have confirmed they will be at the forum tonight are Robert Meacher,  Brian Dahle, David Edwards, and Charley Hooper.   The public is encouraged to attend.
